EXTENDED - Call for Expression of Interest to select civil society organizations to form an advisory board (CSOs Group)

In the framework of the UN Joint Programme “Seeking Care, Support and Justice for Conflict Related Sexual Violence Survivors in Bosnia and Herzegovina”, the UN is publishing a Call for Expression of Interest to select 14 civil society organizations to form an advisory board (CSOs Group).

This initiative aims to enhance civil society participation in the implementation and oversight of the Joint Programme. With this, the UN wants to recognize the key role played by civil society when it comes to providing support to survivors of conflict-related sexual violence (CRSV).

The specific purpose of the CSOs Group is to provide advice and feedback to the UN Joint Programme on all activities and issues related to CRSV as well as to inform civil society about UN activities on this topic. The CSOs Group will also nominate a representative to the UN Joint Programme Steering Committee, the body in charge of overseeing the implementation of the Joint Programme.

The Call is open from 1 February to 2 March 2017.
